This ready-to-cook Cacio e Pepe Risotto is made with Gli Aironi’s minimally processed carnaroli rice, pecorino cheese, and black pepper. Gli Aironi’s risottos, made from the finest ingredients, are the quick and easy way to make a delicious, traditional Italian risotto at home. Add the mix to a pot with extra-virgin olive oil, toast for a few minutes, stirring, then add a splash of white wine or water. Slowly add more water until the rice thickens. Makes a creamy, flavorful risotto in minutes.

For the past five generations, Gli Aironi has focused on improving farming conditions in the Vercelli region of northern Italy, adopting less invasive agricultural practices and restoring the local ecosystem. Their rice is minimally processed, retaining part of the germ where protein and vitamins A, D, E, and K are present. This is impossible with industrial processing methods, which cannot guarantee nutrient retention. The company, which constantly seeks perfection with the assistance of food scientist Michele Perinotti, has led international chefs (including Jamie Oliver) to choose Gli Aironi rice.
